Excellent! The mushrooms were sublime and wild rice gave it texture and a nutty flavor. So good!

Overall great simple dish. I want the lemon flavor kicked up a bit and might use dried spices and fresh spices next time to give it a more bold flavor. My husband loved it how it turned out. I used the whole bag of rice which was like a half cup more so I added more broth to compensate. This was very easy and took only about an hour from start to finish. I would make this again.
