- 1 lb. baby bella mushrooms (box of)
- 1 onion (large)

- 2 Tbsp. creme fresh (it's milder than sour cream, but you can use sour cream or splash of heavy cream)
- 2 Tbsp. ghee (butter or olive oil for sautéing the mushrooms)
- Italian parsley (Fresh, for garnish, optional)
