I placed all ingredients except cream and sour cream into the crock pot. After the chicken was cooked through i turned it to low and added the creams. I chopped yellow pepper in place of the green chilies, and I used 1 can of great northern beans with 2 cubed potatoes. Instead of all the seasoning, i used a taco season mix and added cayenne. It was delicious over a bed of crushed tortilla chips topped with a dollop of sour cream, yum!

Absolutely amazing, I had to leave out the green Chile because I forgot it at the store, and it still came out great. I can’t wait to make this again when it’s colder out.

This is really good and handles substitutes very well. I put in a can of black beans and one of kidney and it was still delicious. I also added some random pepper, again, delicious. I just threw on some finely shredded cheddar on top and it was great.

Delicious!!! It was a homerun....the whole family LOVED it!! I didn't alter the recipe at all! I bought fresh Cilantro to sprinkle over the top of the Monterey Jack Cheese.......my kids crushed up tortilla chips to sprinkle over the top and that tasted awesome too!!
