    Good but needed more liquid so I added more wine, also I cheated and added parmesan cheese (yum)

    It was good. A little too much stock in the recipe for till it was Al dente. 4-5 cups did the trick.

    Good. Didnt read the recipe carefully and used 6 cloves garlic crushed and about 1/3 the mushrooms. Was essentially garlic risotto at that point. Still tasty. 6-7 cups stock is overkill. I used 5 and it was perfect consistency
