So delicious! My 2 year old grandson wolfed it down...will definitely make this again!!!

Really liked this recipe! I followed it to the book the first try and found that it was a bit too light on the garlic. The second time around I added an additional garlic clove, some cherry tomatoes (halfed) and some green beans. Instead of the noodles listed I used zucchini noodles instead to cut down on the carbs. It turned out great!

I soaked the cashews then blended everything WITHOUT water - super pungent pesto (I added the soaking cashew water in afterwards) but this had an amazing taste. I added at least more than 1 additional BIG garlic clove. After the pasta was done, I added roasted broccoli and grilled shrimp. SUPER yummy!

Absolutely love this creamy cashew-coriander sauce. I've cooked it at least 3 times and also always add some sun dried and cherry tomatoes for some extra punch.

This was not good at all. The noodles have a strong smell even if you rinse them, so make sure you like this kind before diving in. Overall had a strong aftertaste and had to dump some out (and I'd already cut the recipe in half.) I don't usually waste food, but I could not eat this.
