Very nice, everyone liked it. Once u have the ingredients prepped and in front of you ready to go it’s actually very easy even if you aren’t a very confident cook. I have a fussy chicken eater so cut chicken into larger slices as worried about the thickness of a whole breast. Maybe a bit less garlic next time, and I think it would be a lovely sauce with leeks. Had to convert the measurements into UK but that’s what Google is for lol
