Simple and yummy. I can't have heavy cream so I use unsweetened canned coconut milk. And 1 child doesn't like sun-dried tomatoes so I use cherry tomatoes cut in half.

Made this for my family and it was a HUGE hit. Put it over penne noodles and cubed the chicken, super filling. Doubled the recipe and there isn’t barely anything left.

Good. I adjusted the recipe a bit, seasoning the chicken and putting some flour to fry it a bit before putting it in the sauce. Used some Russian meat seasoning instead of Italian seasoning too

Awesome quick meal. This is the third time making it. Use a good quality parmesean cheese. It makes a difference! And I would definitely recommend using a heavy hand when adding the spinach. I don’t really think sundried tomatos are a must. I just halved cherubs.

This was really good and really easy. I had to make my own sun dried tomatoes since none of my local groceries sell pre-made versions. I doubled the cream and broth for pasta and it was amazing.

This was freaking DELICIOUS! My husband raved about it and asked that it be his birthday dinner at his future birthday. Believe me, that’s a big deal haha. We did double the sauce like it suggested if serving over pasta and I definitely think that was necessary. I am not a great cook and I found this pretty easy to make so that was a big plus as well.

I’ve made this dish several times and it gets better and better every time. I lightly season the chicken with seasoning salt then extra everything else! Fresh shredded Parmesan cheese, fresh garlic, extra heavy cream, lots of spinach and sun-dried tomatoes served over penne pasta and Bon appetite!!

if you bread and pan fry the chicken. serve over mashed potatoes. make the sauce a little thicker and use it more as a gravy type sauce. so delicious! great recipe and easy to innovate on.

Didn’t have sun dried tomatoes so I seed & chopped regular tomatoes and it came out great. I bet the sun dried would be even better. Will def try again
