    Super yummy- I added quite a bit of salt and pepper, and used heavy cream and some cornstarch to thicken it because I was afraid it might be a little thin. The sundried tomatoes are different- a little sweet, which is unexpected but not bad. It didn’t make as much as I would have liked, given the time I put in, and definitely needed more bacon! However, will make again, it’s tasty mixed with rice.

    My husband liked it a lot. It tasted different than I expected, and I didn't really adjust. Overall yummy tho... my only drawback is that it was very watery with heavy cream instead of cashew cream. If you make the cashew cream as advised on her website, it'll probably reduce the water content. I added flour to thicken it enough for fettuccine. It came out really pretty and made me look like a pro... three cheers for that!!

    Nice flavor depth and very colorful. I used kale instead of spinach, which was delicious; however, my kids prefer fresh spinach. Will make again with spinach next time.

    Kind of bland. I used sour cream instead of cream to make it thicker. Easy dish to prepare but was not too flavorful

    This was awesome! I used the preseasoned Tuscan chicken breasts from Wal-Mart. Between those and everything in the recipe the taste was great. I suggest using one and a quarter cup chicken stock so the sauce thickens a little more.
