I found this to be very bland, even after adding extra spices (salt. pepper, exta garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, fresh basil). Maybe I would have like it better with the cashew cream instead of the coconut creamer, but i cannot imagine it would make up for the lack of flavor.

So good! I sprinkled some mixed herbs and paprika on the chicken, and added some carrots, peas and corn to the sauce. I served it with zoodles and it was a hit! Will make this again.

This was sooooo delicious!! I doubled the amount and added mushrooms after I sautéed the garlic & onions. My family had seconds! Next time, I might also add shrimp.

This is really good but the sauce is way too thin after spinach wilts I see corn starch to thicken

This was a terrific chicken dish. The couple things that didn’t go according to the recipe... the chicken took a lot longer than 3 min, closer to 6-7 min depending on the thickness of the thigh. Also, the sauce didn’t really thicken up, so it’s interesting that is included in the recipe if it gets too thick add more stock. Overall it was a very good dish, took aloe longer than 28 min.

This was very good. I did use whipping cream instead of cashew cream, chicken breast a, and extra spinach. I ate it without pasta or rice and it was very yummy!!

Tasted really good. Needed salt and pepper and a bit of lemon juice to brighten it up, and wine to help with bits on bottom of pan.

I absolutely LOVED this recipe, I used heavy cream instead of cashew cream because I didn’t have cashews but it turned out amazing.

I was amazed how easy this was. Increased broth and cream so i could have it over pasta. Sorry to ruin the keto part of the recipe, im not quite ready to give up my carbs. Delicious though

Loved this recipe. I used pancetta instead of bacon but followed all the rest and this recipe is a keeper!

This was very good. Don’t let the cashew cream throw you, it’s very easy to make. I made it the quick way in a magic bullet and it was delicious. I served it over riced cauliflower. I will definitely make this again.

Delicious. Doubled the recipe and served with Broccoli. Very saucy, so could prbly have eased up on the broth and/or served with some cauliflower rice.

Came out very tasty! I used 1 1/4 cups of chicken broth and substituted 1/2 c of half & half plus 1/4 c of sour cream for the cashew butter . I simmered the dish at a very low heat for about 30 minutes once it was put together. The sauce was thick enough without having to add any flour and the chicken breasts that I used came out very tender.

Only thing I recommend is seasoning the chicken with garlic powder, paprika and salt and a dash of crushed red pepper. I used 1 teaspoon of each mixed together and then sprinkled on the chicken before an searing. Otherwise chicken is a little bland.

It's definitely a great dairy-free recipe. I couldn't find unsalted cashews so I just used the salted ones and backed off on the other salt I added. I made this for my husband (he's dairy-free) and I and we were a bit surprised on how much we liked it.

i loved it! i personally would use heavy cream next time because the cashew cream added a bit of fishiness to the chicken, but overall, it was extremely good! i'll definitely make this again
