    i would definitely make again. my family loved it and i didnt have sundried tomatoes so i diced up a fresh one and i put this over chickpea pasta because I am GF which made it to die for!

    Delicious! Served with whole wheat linguine & added mushrooms. The sauce came out a little thin but it was so good it didn’t even matter.

    This is a wonderful recipe! We have a lot of allergies so I substituted oat milk and GF flour for cream. It was a huge hit!!

    The recipe is excellent and its an easy one to alter. i just used what I had on hand. I pan fried the chicken and placed it on a plate. I then I added the heavy cream, a can of mushrooms and a can of quartered artichokes and a dash of cayenne pepper. I served it over thin spaghetti. A salad of half an avocado, a tablespoon of cottage cheese and 3 slices of tomato, and Pillsbury breadsticks. I added more cream and about 1/4 cup of water. I really enjoyed it!

    Made this tonight. It was super easy to make and tasty. I found the description of 4 chicken breasts (thinly sliced) confusing. Ended up using 1.5 lbs of chicken breast (about 2 breasts) and it was too much chicken for my liking. Had it over rice and it was decent meal. Wife enjoyed it a lot.

    I made this tonight but I added mushrooms and instead of sun dried tomatoes I used cherry tomatoes and added parmesan cheese. was amazing

    I made it without spinach because I didn’t have any, and I didn’t plan on making this dish. I added a spoon of mustard and a bit of shredded parmesan cheese. It was delicious!
