I made this with crab and shrimp, and added fresh sweet, tai, and purple basil, oregano and thyme from my herb garden. It was delicious, my husband who can be fussy if it’s not red meat, told me to keep the recipe, high praise indeed.

This is easy and sooooo delicious!! It’s our favorite new recipe. I would suggest using a touch less brown sugar or subbing coconut milk for the cream and sugar. We did add some veggies to it as well. I highly recommend this one!

Tastes good overall, but I added a few more spices, like oregano, smoked paprika and rosemary (along with slightly increased quantities of pepper and garlic) to give it the kick of flavour.
