- 1 green pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. grass-fed butter
- 1 tsp. red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 handful fresh rosemary (or basil)

- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (aged parmigiano add so much flavor and saltiness, in fact I don’t even add sea salt and pepper above because the cheese takes care of it!)
