This is excellent! I cut the recipe in half since I cook only for myself. Nonetheless, it is fantastic and will definitely be a regular. As a side note, instead of just chili sauce, I used half ketchup mixed with hot chili sauce to give it just a slight kick, omitting the cayenne. I added a pinch of garlic powder and about a half tablespoon of white vinegar for consistency. This is a keeper!
