- 1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 3 cups carrots (diced peeled)
- 3 cups sweet potatoes (diced peeled)
- 1/2 tsp. fine grain sea salt (plus more to taste)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional, if you like spice)
- fresh cilantro (Minced)
- fresh lime juice
- tamari almonds (Roasted, optional, see below)
- 1/2 cup raw almonds (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium tamari (or coconut aminos)

This is awesome! Great recipe and we totally loved it with the soy roasted almonds on top. You will love the flavor.
