    Used spinach instead of kale but I kind of felt like this recipe could have used another veggie as well, like mushrooms? Either way it’s delicious and I have some left over for lunch tomorrow.

    Very creamy to the point it tastes cheesy. Very easy to make. I used sesame seeds since I did not have any pumpkin seeds. Yummy!
