Amazing dish. I used black truffle oil, excellent flavour and a brilliant addition to the dish

Turned out very good even though I didn’t have the truffle oil. I used garlic infused olive oil instead but I’m sure the truffle oil would have been even better. I used dried fettuccine and added spinach as another reviewer suggested.

Excellent. Tastes like something you would order in a restaurant. The truffle oil is essential in this dish, and well worth it. I use a little more bacon, baby bella mushrooms and add a little spinach to it.
