A very filling meal! The spinach adds an earthiness to the lasagna, and the sauce is very rich and creamy.

I tweaked it a bit cajun style and added ground beef as my farmers are big eaters!!! Can’t wait for them to taste it

This recipe was so easy and soooo delicious. It's a different, healthy twist on lasagna. The mushroom sauce is the best part, it's perfect and can be used in other dishes. I wanted to make a big bowl of it and drink it on its own.
