I loved this recipe. It was a big hit for a person who usually doesn’t like salmon. I did how change it to fit our ingredients. Instead of smoked salmon I used boneless, skinless filets baked with the other 1/2 of the lemon juiced and topped with the dill and parsley instead of topping the dish with spices. Delicious!

really yummy, I did replace the wine with extra chicken stock and a spoon full of sugar and another spoon full of vinigar. I also replace the heavey cream with philedephia light cheese. Also added in some diced peppers and some finaly choped letice and onion. I will be sure to make this again sometime
