    Great. Bacon needs to cook about 8 minutes.. don’t cut the mushrooms too small .

    We loved this over a bed of Kale sautéed with garlic til slightly crisp.

    Great recipe! I used the coconut milk instead of cream, didn’t take like coconut at all (actually a bummer for me cuz I looooove coconut). Put it over some lightly steamed zucchini noodles and gobbled it right up. Yum!
