Exceptionally easy! I used only four eggs and "some" cubed creme cheese. I made the mistake of having the pan too hot and the eggs were a little browned but still delicious! I used dried chives that I had onhand.

It was delicious and fun to try something different. A nice take on scrambled eggs .
