Cheated (SLIGHTLY) and added 1/4th cup of Parmesan cheese to the bechamel sauce. Also added mushrooms. Cooked cremini mushrooms and a whole yellow onion in a sauté pan with olive oil and minced garlic. Followed the rest of the recipe and it turned out amazing. Absolutely delicious!

Sooooo yummy!! We make it every week now lol. Wet mustard works just as well as dry mustard as well.
