it was delicious!! we added shrimp for a little more seafood in it and it worked out great

Not a bad dish. I personally thought the flavor was a bit lackluster and the sauce came out a bit thin. It's not a bad meal if you like scallops though.

far to much wine...
I suggest lowering the wine to 1/4th cup
also reduced the wine, and lemon juice then adding the heavy cream.
