- 600 grams potatoes (I like unpeeled but you can peel them if that's what you prefer)
- 500 grams broccoli (frozen or fresh)
- 250 grams salmon
- 1 tsp. olive oil (any oil will do, I used what I had on hand)
- 250 mL vegetable stock
- 300 mL milk (any kind will do, I used skimmed milk to keep it healthier)
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. herbs (mixed fish, your choice)
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. dill
- salt
- pepper
- fresh chives
