This soup I really flavorful. I had to make it paleo, so I subbed full fat coconut milk for the cream.I can not do bacon or onions either, so I used a leek and added some smoked paprika at the end for a smoky flavor. Freezes well for quick meal, but it’s special enough to serve to guests. Will be making again.
