- 1 head garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. thyme (plus another ¼ teaspoon reserved)
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 28 oz. tomatoes (can, about 3 ½ cups of whole, if you don’t have a hand blender use a can of crushed tomatoes)
- 1/4 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- grated Parmesan cheese (for sprinkling on, have a much as you like!)
