This was easy and delicious! I was a little nervous to make this because I've never roasted garlic before. I overcooked it a little but it still tasted great. I did not use the red pepper flakes. My family does not like "too hot". I did use the black pepper. It was necessary to add the grated cheese on top for a kick. I will make it again.
