- 15 oz. black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 orange bell pepper (large red and/or, chopped)
- 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 jalapeno pepper (small, seeded, if desired, and finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
