I’ve never made these before and had a blast! My husband loves this kind of potato dish and I will admit I have usually steered clear due to the high fat content and calories. This wasn’t so over the top as many other recipes, but still look decadent! I made them a day ahead so we can bake them for dinner tomorrow night. I cut the recipe in half for our smaller family. I didn’t have fresh green onion for the top, so I added a little Herb of Provence seasoning and they look beautiful. Can’t wait to ru them tomorrow!

It was okay! I burnt it a little because I was making it in two smaller au gratin pans as opposed to one big one, so definitely be wary of how long the recipe asks you to bake for (I even put it in for less time and it was burnt!) but it tasted okay, the consistency was a little too liquid so that's something to improve on next time!

This wad so good. i did change it a bot by using almond mild and using only green onions. either way it was so good. i would definitely remake this dish.
