Super tasty! The cumin is a great choice. I added a bay leaf (remove before blending!!!), doubled the thyme, and added a splash of cream right before blending.

Totally Awesome! Added banana peppers, shrooms, shallots, cauliflower and fresh dill + Cream of Mushroom Soup + Sour Cream to the mix.
