    So, I took this recipe and added chicken breast, used grits instead of polenta and left out the yeast. It was fabulous! Making it extra garlicky was the best part. Also didn't have cherry tomatoes, just roasted a whole tomato in the toaster oven covered in olive oil and a bit of salt. Basically just used what I had around.
