    This is a good recipe, but I did change it a bit. I wanted a creamy recipe and a tasty one so I used half milk and half chicken broth. I also started with some sauteed shallots in evoo. At the end I added some cream and butter and 1 1/2 cups of grilled corn. It was fabulous! But this was a good basic recipe!
