Try dry Morel shaved to powder and dust the steaks before grilling. Additionally use beef stock instead of water, equal parts of beef stock and HWC for the polenta.
The wife felt this was the best flavor combo, at the table she made a statement that embodies the meal “ I am so worried I will get full before I am able to enjoy the last bite - I don’t want this meal to end”.
Excellent recipe with a full body unfiltered bottle of Hoopes!
