Too much pesto for my taste - next time will use half and will add some heavy cream for an even richer result. Very easy to make - I put all the stuffing mix into my nutribullet and it was ready in a minute 👍🏻

I used some finely chopped onions and peppers and only Parmesan cheese (no cream cheese or mozzarella). I might add some crushed red pepper as well the next time.
