Use half the pasta to get a soupy result which my kids preferred. Pesto came from my garden last summer. Used spaghetti instead of penne.

Almost a fettuccine alfredo but with pesto. really good (but really heavy). i added chicken and a bit extra parmesan+pesto.

I’m not a big fan of cream sauce but this was delicious! The recipe is very flexible for ingredient substitutions and adjustments

It came out splendidly, I would recommend that you do use Parmesan cheese though because it does make it 10 times better
