Suggested modifications:
We added six cauliflower florettes for an even creamier sauce.
Substituted Gochujang sauce for chili paste
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
Stir fry the vegetables in 1 tbsp olive oil and 1/4 cup onions sliced (instead of boiling) to avoid pouring all the vitamins down the drain in the boiling process
3.5 cups broccoli instead of 3
Next time, we'll use the same (or more) vegetables and 1/2 the recommended pasta.
