- 2 cups penne pasta
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 lb. chicken tenders
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 14.5 oz. petite diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic)
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder (McCormick® California Style)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (McCormick Gourmet™ Sicilian)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (McCormick Gourmet™ Organic, Coarse Ground)
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain well.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Mix half-and-half and cornstarch in small bowl until smooth. Add to skillet along with tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Bring to boil, stirring constantly with wire whisk until well blended. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in pasta; toss gently to coat. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.

im not a good cook, but I like good food. when I saw this recipe I knew it was for me. 1st time i made it i modified the amounts slightly and it was very good. made it many times since, changing things like scallops intead of chicken. so far loved it every time!
