Amazing, I pan fried diced chicken breast, and added more garlic and parmesan but stuck to the rest of the recipe, I had pasta with it and it tasted amazing and took less time.

Made it once with tights, was delicious.
The second time I made it was for pasta dish - came out just perfect.
Thickening the sauce might need a trick or two with balancing milk and cream/flour and sauce - but eventually after few tries worked out fantastic.
Make sure you dont overboil it - or will go in dirty lemon colour - in case u do - again pinch or milk will do the trick to get it back white.
Delicious dish - all of my guest enjoyed it - definitelly will be cooked many times more!!!

family loved it! We would definitely make it again. we didnt really modify it, the only thing we didnt have was the dried basil and it still came out excellent

scrumptious!!!
I modified the recipe slightly and added a tablespoon of mascarpone and used grano padana cheese instead of parmesan! super creamy and dreamy

As a lot of the reviews say - absolutely lovely but could probably leave the Parmesan or only add half in (at the end this is) and it still be delicious.

It was good. didn't add the last bit of parmesan. feared it would make it more salty. it was good without it

This was a really great base recipe, we found it was missing something though. Will definitely make it again...with dinner changes...

A bit rich but the creaminess with the tender chicken and hint of mushroom is divine. Will make this again real soon!
