Awesome! Made this for a dinner party of four. Would add more spinach and chicken broth, and maybe a sprinkle of sliced almonds for a bit of texture and crunch

I loved this recipe for Creamy Parmesan Garlic Mushroom Chicken. I did make a few changes/additions. I used chicken thighs (1 1/2#) and cut them into strip; I substituted kale for the spinach and doubled the amount; and I doubled the amount of mushrooms. Next time I will double the sauce. I also added sun-dried tomatoes in the sauce. I served with linguini, but it so tasty you don't need a pasta. This will definitely be in our regular rotation.

Tastes really good. Family lived it too! I added Louisiana Cajun seasoning and Old Bay to the final sauce for a more Cajun flavor.

I live in Taiwan and the chicken broth had more salt than expected. Be careful as you add salt.
Other than that “glitch” very good flavor and consistency. I will do this again.

My kids and husband loved it alike. It was creamy and bright. I added a couple dashes of cajun seasoning and some lemon juice but the rest was by the recipe. We will be having it again.

As you can see by the reviews, this is a good recipe! I’ve made it a couple times and will continue to try to improve it forward. Great over pasta, and adding red pepper flakes and parmigiana topping is a must. Don’t skimp on the mushrooms, I used portabellas this time, very good. Shitakes would be great as well. Make this and make you tummy happy 😃
Made it again, getting better all the time! You cannot add too much mushrooms or spinach. I doubled the amount and could still add more? Per above, a little more cream was great too!

This is a really good recipe. It even works with breaded chicken. Do note if you use breaded chicken you will need to reduce the amount of salt you add.

Turned out great. I doubled the recipe so we could have it more than once. I kept the chicken, sauce, and noodles separate since we were using it more than one night. Will make again!

love this meal its a huge hit in my family! I tweek it a bit by using 1/4 cup flour to the melted butter, 1 cup broth, 2 cups heavy whipping cream and then some milk.

This is amazing. We served it over Jasmine rice and i added grated Gruyere cheese on top. I may make a little more sauce next time due to rice soaking it up.
