Both my husband and I loved this. Made it using the half and half. The salmon was perfectly cooked. Served it over rice. Will definitely make this again.

Looks like everybody's been ringing in variations, so here are mine: Instead of evaporated milk or cream, I made white sauce. Flavored the olive oil by frying chopped garlic in it (and saved the carefully browned garlic to add to the sauce). I made LOTS of sauce because I didn't read the recipe too carefully. I see than the tomatoes and spinach are supposed to be lightly coated with reduced milk, rather than swimming in cheese sauce (the way I made it). My husband didn't like the cooked tomatoes. Too bad. I will definitely cook this again.

Very good. Did not use butter substituted olive oil. Did not use evaporated milk... used low fat milk and simmered until thickened.

I didn’t have any evaporated milk on hand, so I substituted coconut milk, added a little butter for richness, and served it all over a bed of rice noodles. The salmon was very moist and the sauce had a nice light flavor. Overall, it was a success!

This was amazing!!!! Creamy sauce and fresh salmon....duh!! However I did make some adjustments. We were out of butter so I used extra virgin olive oil, I seasoned my salmon with 4 chopped garlic cloves, pink malaysian salt and freshly ground black pepper. (I'm removing the skin next time!). For the sauce, because there is never enough, I doubled the receipe and added mushrooms while blanching the spinach. it was perfect!!!

Mmm we liked this one a lot! Made it with only 2 salmon fillets, which wasn’t enough, but it was delicious. Excited to make it again eventually!

My family isn’t afraid to try new things, but they are foodies and love flavor. This was a HIT!!! It’s staying on the keeper list.
