It was a hit with our kid and my husband. Really easy to make and we added it to our 2022 favorite recipes we love book.

Wonderful and loved by the whole family. Used cream of muchroom soup instead of coconut cream. Crumble the bacon afterwards if you want it crunchy!

Delicious! Increased the amount of the veggies, used chicken thighs, and added yellow curry powder.

It was a good, healthy recipe. I added chorizo instead of bacon and put the skillet over rice. I would season the chicken next time.

It was a hit, my 10 year old loved it.
I would make this again I used turmeric to season the chicken

The chicken pieces were bland. I would make it again by marinating the chicken first with tumeric, ginger, garlic and salt.

I make this all of the time for my crossfit gym! Everyone loves it! I don't add or take away anything! I make it just as directed!!!!!! Delish!!!!
