Amazing! I made a little more crust but followed the rest of the recipe exactly. The pan of water definitely kept the cheesecake creamy and keeping it in the open oven for an hour prevented cracking. I added a little warm seedless blackberry jam when I served it. This is my new go-to cheesecake recipe!
