This soup was very tasty! I used four large carrots and four celery stalks and added more thyme. I would highly recommend it!

I made this soup as part of my vegan thanksgiving spread last year and it was a huge hit, even with the carnivores! Making it again this year!

Amazing flavor. Never be afraid to use a little more wine than what's called for... It's really good. 👌
