This recipe doesnt really work as written. Looking at the instructions I knew the sauce wouldnt be thick enough but tried ir anyway, it was like water. I melted in more parm to thicken it but that wasnt enough. Finally I strained the sauce and thickened it with flour before adding it back to the veges and coating the tortellini.

ok...not bad...not as much sauce as I thought there was going to be but overall pretty good

this is disgu dont bother. threw it in garbage. i had to mark 1 star but it deserves negative 100
