This was unbelievable. I used 8oz of cemini, 8 oz of oyster mushrooms. A bit short (1/4 cup short) on veggie broth, I added 1 tsp of pork broth seasoning and water. small I used 2 small shallots, a small red onion, and half of a small white onion. Using 4 full thyme springs, this turned out absolutely delicious.
