I made it with dried mushroomsIfound at Costco. I used the steeping water for it and it was freakin delicious. Definitely going to make it again. I put it on top of pork loin.

Didn't have wine, so I used more broth and heavy cream. Also decided to brown a pound of beef chop meat to add more to the sauce. Served over bowtie pasta and it was really good. reminds you of a stroganoff but without sour cream. Was tempted to add sun dried tomatoes too, but thought one deviation was enough for a first try. Next time!

Very creamy. Great sauce on rice. I used half chicken/half beef broth for richer flavor. Amazing!

Love this recipe, super simple and tastes amazing. I’ve used it for steak, chicken, pasta, over potatoes. Add spinach sometimes too

It turned out better than expected! I actually exchanged the heavy cream for some coconut light milk and added 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and the result was superb!

I substituted 2% milk because I freakin forgot the cream at the store, added some corn starch and poured it over a New York strip.
Heaven!!

Terrific sauce/gravy. Used it over grilled pork chops and mashed potatoes. Delicious!

delicious sauce. i added sun dried tomato to it, and it gave it a more Italian taste. also i added dried Italian seasoning instead of parsley.

I made this, doubled the receipe and let individuals put the sour cream and garnish (dill and parsley) and it was a hit. Everyone loved it and it is super easy! This is on my list to make more often!!

Delicious! I added some flour to make the sauce a but thinner. Chicken broth blended in so well with the mushrooms.

I added celery salt and substituted the wine with more broth. Loved it! Will definitely make again!

It was good, but I guess I over reduced the sauce because I ended up with some really flavorful mushrooms but no sauce.

its the best I ever made. just tweak it a bit more to your taste, quantity, and spices. I substitute thyme for italian herbs, add extra ~ white wine, korean red pepper flakes, lots of fresh garlic( I'm a garlic lover), extra ~ chicken broth, extra ~ heavy whipped cream, along with corn starch. Garnish it once again with the italian herbs. I spread my sauce over pasta with veggies, stuffed clams, and baked fish. 😋 👌

It was really good! Went great over my bacon wrapped stuffed chicken thighs

Perfect 🤩 did it without thyme as I did not have any and still turned out great. Did not need thickening in my case but I let it simmer for quite some time

Sauce was Great. I used 3oz of lemon juice mixed with 3oz of water instead of white wine because I forgot to buy the wine🙄.
Still came out very tasty👍🏽

Delicious and full of flavor. Didn’t add butter but use more chicken broth and added more heavy cream for extra sauce.
