I made this today & yumtastic!! I added some chicken broth & Parmesan cheese to the sauce. Juicy chicken thighs & fettuccine. Cook the chicken first & then make the sauce in the same pan for extra flavor.

I sprinkle a little salt on the mushrooms but don’t add the full teaspoon, the butter and soy sauce add enough salt. I also double the recipe and simmer this sauce for about 30 minutes.

I was looking for a sauce to add to my chicken meatballs and this was perfect. Quick, easy and tasty!

Wow, it was tasting so delicious. I added some onions in the beginning and roasted them with the mushrooms. Even my picky kids loved the sauce. Will definitely make it again.

This is a great concept, but I added considerably more soy sauce. Once I did that, it was delicious!

Delicious, added garlic at the butter stage, white vinegar after cream and parsley at the end
