Would definitely make again. Sautéed some shallot and garlic then the mushrooms. I was hesitant on the mustard but went for it. Actually used dijon mustard. Very happy I did!! Served over grilled chicken breast. Very good!!!

Wow! Didn’t use wine, but doubled the garlic and used more than a pinch of provencal spice blend and cumin. Added some salt and pepper. Put a tsp of flour in with the cream to help thicken it up. Definitely making this again!

It was very good. I added a little almond flour to thicken it up a little bit.
