SO good! I didn’t have coconut milk, so I used normal (cow’s) milk instead. I will definitely be making this again!

This was good, it was healthy, my favorite foods and extremely easy to make. It did not have a ton of flavor tho. That is the only reason I didn't give it a great score. I like flavor and something that makes me smile when I think about what I am about to eat, but none of the flavors seemed to stand out. I think if I were making it again, I'd add more seasoning to get some more gusto. Because I love mushrooms, I'd put even more in too! :) This is a great base recipe.
