- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 1/2 cups baby bella mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (or more to taste)

- 1/4 cup dry white wine ([you can sub 1/4 cup chicken broth + 1 tbsp lemon juice here if you'd like])
