Threw in a little cornstarch at the end & doubled the spinach. Will make again. I’d like to try it w white meat but I’ll probably brine it first.

Beautiful, Iwas a bit worried it would taste of coconut mulk but surprisingly it doesn’t. I just thicken up with a little cornflour. 👍🏼 will definitely be making again.

It was very good. I doubled the recipe. My husband said it was one of the best meals he’d had. I added cornstarch mixed with a bit of milk at the end to thicken (as suggested in reviews) and added more salt. I used butter (about 2 tbsp - could use only one) mixed with grapeseed oil at the beginning. Browning took almost double the amount of time abd so did the mushrooms.

We love this recipe! It's our favorite meal to serve for company. It is always a hit! I add cornstarch to thicken the sauce some, keeping it gluten-free and it gives it a bit more of a gravy-like consistency.

I would recommend adding the following:
salt, more mushrooms, ghee or butter to start, canned coconut milk (the receipe doesn’t specify), and a little arrowroot flour at the end to thicken the sauce.
