Loved it! I thought I had frozen chicken breast but I didn’t.
So I added another fresh tomato from my garden. Diced Zucchini. I cubed the tomato and added to onions and pepper
I didn’t use canned tomatoes. I added 1/2 head of fresh cauliflower, which I cut into about 1 1/2 inch florets. Chicken broth added with 4 ounce of cream cheese. Plus I added salt, oregano and red chili flakes. No additional cheese needed. Came out great without chicken! Yum yum
